ISIS begin to master a number of Iraqi territory last year and started to spread to Syria and eventually declare it as a caliph in the area they control.

"Today we have a coalition with 60 countries. Gradually we will make ISIS out of Iraq. I am sure it will happen," Obama added.
According to America's first black president, the ISIS is the main attraction for the youth who have no future because of the lack of education.
"The only way for them to be able to gain recognition and power is to be a fighter," said Obama.
