Rashed task is to learn, pathways used by foreign militants to join ISIS, then sends that information to the Canadian government.
To fund its operations, Rashed got replacement tickets from the Canadian Embassy. Meanwhile, the person being helped infiltrate, bear the cost of a bus ticket.
