ISIS is feared could Infiltrate into the US via the Caribbean,. A famous general said the militant group Islamic State (ISIS) can infiltrate into the United States (US) through the Caribbean and South America.

Army Gen. John F. Kelly, head of the Southern Command SOUTHCOM, told the US Senate Military Committee that 100 people in the Caribbean have joined the ISIS.

Kelly calls the citizens of Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Suriname and Venezuela, have gone to Syria to fight alongside ISIS.

When returning from Syria, Kelly worried they all can infiltrate into the US without difficulty. Human smuggling networks in the Caribbean called Kelly is quite dangerous.

"No one will check their passports. Tida no metal detector machine. No one cares why they are coming or going. They will use the network," said Kelly, as quoted jamaicaobserver.com, Monday (16/03/2015).

More than 15 thousand foreign fighters have gone to the Middle East to join the ISIS. Most of them choose Syria as the main goal.

Kelly revealed although foreign militants from the Caribbean and South America are relatively small compared to other countries, local governments have the ability to oversee considered less those returning from the battlefield.

"I suspect when they are in Syria, they will be good at killing affairs. They will also gain the ability explosives and beheadings and others," said Kelly.

Lax oversight in the Caribbean and Central and South American continent facilitate radical militants moving through Panama, to then go into the land of Uncle Sam.
