US Ambassador to Japan Threatened Killed,. Tokyo: Japanese Police investigate death threats against the United States Ambassador to Japan, Caroline Kennedy, and also a representative of other US Sakura, Wednesday (03/18/2015).



As reported by the Associated Press, the threat posed unknown persons via telephone connection to Kennedy and Alfred Magleby, the US representative on the island of Okinawa.

Japanese authorities have not been willing to comment on anything related to this threat. The US Embassy has not voiced.

Okinawa is a dwelling place for half of the 50 thousand US troops in Japan.

Japanese local media reported death threats have emerged last month, where the threatening use of English. Police investigating various possibilities, including suspected cases of extortion.

In early March, the US Ambassador to South Korea Mark Lippert knife slashed by an activist and had to be treated for several days.
