At his residence in Jerusalem, Netanyahu spoke to the Arab community and said he did not intend to hurt them.
"I assume themselves as prime minister of Israel all people regardless of religion, race and gender," Netanyahu said, as quoted by VOA Indonesia, Tuesday (24/03/2015).
Last week, Netanyahu warned that his supporters to vote for him because the Arabs will flock to the polls to cast their ballots.
He also angered many parties, including the United States (US), because it said it would not allow Palestinians to stand as long as he led the nation of Israel.

Various comments were an attempt Netanyahu at the last minute to trigger the spirit of supporters because he had left behind from the opposition. He managed to win and will form a coalition with right-wing parties other to form the next government.
One of the staff of US President Barack Obama criticized Netanyahu's apology. White House chief of staff Denis McDonough said Netanyahu's comments were very disturbing.
McDonough says, "we can not just pretend it never spoken comments or that the comment was not fueling doubts about Netanyahu's commitment to achieve peace through direct negotiations".
